Overview

Datadog is hiring an Office Operations Associate to manage day-to-day office operations and ensure a productive environment for employees. You'll be responsible for welcoming visitors, managing service tickets, and coordinating employee events in Mexico City.

Who you are

You have 2–4 years of administrative or office experience, demonstrating your ability to manage daily operations effectively. You thrive in a collaborative environment and understand the importance of maintaining a positive office culture. Your strong interpersonal skills allow you to build relationships with both employees and external partners, ensuring a seamless experience for everyone in the office. You are proactive in identifying issues and resolving them, focusing on cleanliness, safety, and functionality. You are detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a professional demeanor. You are committed to creating a welcoming atmosphere for visitors and staff alike, understanding that a positive office environment contributes to overall productivity.

What you'll do

In this role, you will welcome visitors and support employees, creating a helpful and professional experience in the office. You will lead daily floor walkthroughs to identify and resolve issues proactively, focusing on cleanliness, safety, and functionality. Building strong relationships with building management and vendor partners will be essential as you partner with the Global Safety and Security team to ensure safety protocols are implemented and followed. You will manage incoming service tickets with timely updates, clear priorities, and follow-through, ensuring that all office needs are met efficiently. Additionally, you will work with vendors to keep the office stocked with food, snacks, and pantry supplies that meet Datadog standards. Tracking office supplies and restocking as needed will be part of your daily responsibilities to support operations. You will also plan and coordinate engaging employee events, both monthly and as needed, fostering a sense of community within the office. Collaborating closely with teammates will be crucial to keeping operations running smoothly and consistently, and you will support Operations teams on office moves, build-outs, and openings when needed.
