What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the Forward Deployed Engineering function at HackerRank, setting the strategy and execution standards for your team. You will directly manage a team of FDEs in the U.S. while collaborating with regional GMs in EMEA and APAC to ensure a cohesive approach to customer engagements. Your responsibilities will include defining and delivering solutions that address real customer problems, working closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to shape these solutions.

You will elevate the quality of demos, proofs of concept, and onsite engagements, ensuring that your team effectively showcases HackerRank's capabilities to potential clients. Your hands-on technical leadership will be crucial in guiding your team through complex integrations and API development, ensuring that all solutions are robust and scalable.

You will also play a key role in incorporating customer-specific solutions into the product roadmap, collaborating with Product and Engineering to align customer needs with HackerRank's strategic goals. Your leadership will foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, encouraging your team to push boundaries and deliver exceptional results.
