What you'll do

In this role, you will manage the movement of cars into and out of the Inspection Center, ensuring that repairs are conducted safely and efficiently. You will be responsible for meeting or exceeding inventory production goals on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. You will oversee the day-to-day activities of your assigned team, identifying areas for improvement and implementing appropriate steps to enhance performance. You will engage with your team regularly, providing coaching and support to help them develop their skills. You will also be responsible for maintaining a safe working environment and ensuring compliance with all safety regulations.
