Pathward is seeking a Business Controls Analyst II to assist with risk and control consultation on various processes. This role involves identifying and monitoring operational and strategic risks. Experience in risk management or compliance is preferred.
You have a strong understanding of risk management principles and are skilled in identifying operational and strategic risks. You are detail-oriented and can facilitate alignment among policies, program standards, and external guidelines. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are committed to promoting financial inclusion for all. You are proactive in identifying gaps and driving corrective actions to enhance operational efficiency. You understand the importance of key risk indicators and are adept at monitoring them to ensure compliance and operational integrity. In this role, you will assist with risk and control consultation on new, existing, and changed processes. You will help identify and monitor operational and strategic risks, along with associated key risk indicators. You will work closely with various teams to ensure alignment among policies and procedures, facilitating a smooth operational workflow. You will be responsible for identifying gaps in processes and driving corrective actions to mitigate risks. You will also assist in implementing controls and procedures to enhance operational effectiveness. Your role will involve regular communication with stakeholders to ensure that all processes meet compliance standards and align with the company's mission of financial inclusion.
