What you'll do

As the Fleet Operations Manager, you will be the key person responsible for supervising the daily operations of HelloFresh's refrigerated fleet in France. You will ensure that all vehicles meet the necessary safety regulations and standards, adapting the fleet size based on volume fluctuations and availability. You will collaborate with your colleagues in the Netherlands and Belgium, contributing to a cohesive international team. Your role will involve identifying areas for improvement in fleet operations and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

You will also be responsible for monitoring vehicle performance and maintenance schedules, ensuring that all vehicles are in optimal condition for daily operations.
