Moonpig is seeking a Data Engineering Manager to lead their Data Engineering team at Buyagift & Red Letter Days. You'll oversee the development of a robust data platform and improve data governance. This role requires strong leadership and technical skills in data management.

You have a strong background in data engineering and team leadership, with experience in building and maintaining data platforms that support business intelligence and analytics. You understand the importance of data quality and governance, ensuring that the right data is available to stakeholders when they need it. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to collaborate effectively with various teams across the organization. You are passionate about using data to drive decision-making and improve customer experiences. You have a strategic mindset, capable of shaping data strategies and architectures that align with business goals. You are comfortable with hands-on technical oversight, guiding your team while also contributing to the technical aspects of projects. You thrive in a hybrid work environment, balancing in-office collaboration with remote flexibility.

Desirable
