You will be responsible for writing clean and reusable code, ensuring that your contributions align with the team's goals and the client's needs. You will advocate for continuous delivery practices, aiming to deliver high-quality software and value to end customers as early as possible. Your role will involve assessing your team's health and code quality, providing feedback, and driving improvements in engineering practices.

You will participate in team discussions, contributing your strong opinions while remaining open to finding the right answers through collaboration. As a Senior Developer, you will help cultivate an environment where all voices are heard, and you will encourage healthy, respectful debate among team members. You will also take on mentorship responsibilities, guiding junior developers and helping them navigate their career paths.
