In this role, you will be responsible for driving user acquisition and activation through effective sales strategies. You will engage with potential clients, presenting Hibu's digital marketing offerings and demonstrating how they can benefit their businesses. You will leverage your training to build relationships and close sales, all while aiming to exceed your targets and earn uncapped commissions. You will participate in both classroom and field training, gaining the skills necessary to succeed in your role. You will also have the opportunity to collaborate with a supportive team and receive ongoing company-wide support as you grow your career.
Hibu offers a competitive compensation structure with on-target earnings in your first year ranging from $93,000 to $113,000, with the potential to earn more through commissions and bonuses. In your second year, on-target earnings can reach between $125,000 and $144,000. You will enjoy a hybrid sales environment that allows for both home office work and in-field activities. The company provides recognition and incentives, including an annual President’s Club Trip, and a clear career path with high potential for promotions.
