Unity is hiring a Senior BI Developer to support data and analytics needs across the organization. You'll architect and maintain data pipelines while developing dashboards and reports. This role requires expertise in SQL and Power BI.
You have 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence development, with a strong focus on data modeling and analytics. You excel at transforming complex business requirements into scalable analytical solutions, ensuring that data is accessible and actionable for stakeholders across the organization. Your expertise in SQL and BI platforms allows you to create insightful dashboards and reports that drive data-driven decision-making.
You are a visualization domain expert, skilled in various data visualization tools, and you understand the importance of data quality and integrity. You have a proven track record of reconciling data between diverse tools and driving improvements in data flow. Your collaborative nature enables you to work effectively with internal teams to understand their data needs and develop solutions that are both rapid and reusable.
Experience with cloud-based data solutions and familiarity with data warehousing concepts would be advantageous. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing business needs while maintaining a focus on delivering high-quality results.
In this role, you will architect, develop, and maintain reliable data pipelines and semantic layers that support the analytics needs of Unity’s Create Organization. You will collaborate with business leaders to define core business metrics and create dashboards and tools that monitor the health of the business. Your work will involve performing in-depth analyses of customer and user behavior, as well as product usage trends, to empower partner teams in making informed decisions.
You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of data across various platforms and driving improvements in data quality. Your ability to communicate complex data insights in a clear and actionable manner will be crucial in this role. You will also play a key role in advancing Unity's data modeling capabilities, designing and optimizing robust data models that enable accurate reporting and deeper insights.
