SpaceX is seeking an IT Systems Engineer to enhance mission-critical launch infrastructure at Starbase, TX. You'll work with Linux and Windows systems, DevOps tooling, and NIST cybersecurity frameworks. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills and experience in high-stakes environments.

Who you are

You have a solid background in IT systems engineering, with experience in optimizing and consolidating automation scripts and tooling for mission-critical environments. Your expertise in both Linux and Windows administration allows you to provide advanced support and troubleshooting in high-pressure situations. You are familiar with NIST cybersecurity frameworks and are committed to increasing the maturity of IT infrastructure. You thrive in collaborative settings, working closely with software and controls teams to integrate IT infrastructure into standardized deployment processes. Your customer-focused approach ensures that you prioritize the needs of the launch operations team, enhancing their ability to execute successful missions.

Desirable

Experience with industry-standard DevOps tooling and processes is a plus, as is familiarity with real-time IT support during launch and test operations. You understand the importance of maintaining a reliable and efficient IT infrastructure that supports multiple classes of launch vehicles. What you'll do
