Braze is seeking a Sales Director to lead a team of Scale Account Executives for their Customer Journey Orchestration platform. This role requires at least 3 years of experience in sales leadership within a high-growth environment.
You have a proven track record of leading and developing sales teams, particularly in the Midmarket or Scale sectors. With at least 3 years of experience in a sales leadership role, you understand the nuances of managing a team in a high-growth environment. You are passionate about helping brands communicate effectively with their customers and are driven to build a winning team. Your leadership style is characterized by accountability, autonomy, and a commitment to fostering a collaborative culture.
