You have a keen eye for detail and are organized — you understand the importance of maintaining accurate records of overdue payments and the length of delinquency. You are comfortable communicating with individuals and businesses to resolve outstanding debts, ensuring a frictionless experience for customers. You thrive in a remote work environment and are self-motivated, capable of managing your time effectively to meet collection goals. You are familiar with financial processes and have a basic understanding of payment systems, which helps you navigate the collections landscape efficiently. You are empathetic and understand the challenges that customers may face, allowing you to approach collections with a customer-centric mindset.

What you'll do

As a Collections Specialist at GoodLeap, you will be responsible for identifying accounts with overdue payments and reaching out to customers to facilitate payment. You will maintain detailed records of all communications and transactions, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and accurate.
