Gopuff is seeking a Site Leader I to oversee operations in the New York Metro area. You'll lead a team focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences and improving facility performance. This role requires 6+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment.
You have over 6 years of experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally in retail, grocery, military, or restaurant settings. Your leadership skills shine as you manage a team of Shift Leaders and Field Operations Associates, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently. You possess strong written and verbal communication skills, which help you effectively convey your vision and motivate your team. Conflict resolution is one of your strengths, allowing you to navigate challenges and maintain a positive work environment. You are adept at team development and engagement, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance. Your ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment is crucial, as you lead your team through various operational challenges. You have a proven track record of being a change agent, continuously seeking to improve processes and efficiencies within your facility.
As the Site Leader I at Gopuff, you will be accountable for all facility operations, including deliveries, inventory management, and equipment oversight. Your role involves planning and directing operations to ensure that key performance indicators are met or exceeded. You will drive improvements in operational efficiency, teaching and training your site leadership on controlling expenses and labor to adhere to budget constraints. Your hands-on approach will help you lead by example, demonstrating the importance of delivering a perfect experience for customers. You will also be responsible for maintaining confidentiality of information and documentation, ensuring that all records are managed appropriately.
