As an Outside Sales Representative at Hibu, you will be responsible for selling digital marketing solutions through a partnership selling model. This includes Websites, Search Ads, Display Ads, Reviews & Reputation Management, Social Ads, and SEO. You will engage in cold calling business owners and prospecting within a designated territory to set appointments and conduct thorough needs assessments. Your goal will be to grow your own book of business by helping small businesses succeed, earning residual commissions for retaining your clients through strong account management. You will perform both virtual and in-person presentations to prospects, showcasing the value of Hibu's offerings. Building strong client relationships will be key, as you will work within a wide variety of industries, making each day different and exciting.
Hibu provides a base salary along with an expense allowance and mileage reimbursement, ensuring that you are supported in your role. You will have the opportunity to earn uncapped earnings through commission and bonuses, with year 1 on-target earnings between $85,000-$95,000 and year 2 on-target earnings between $100,000-$115,000. A comprehensive benefits package is offered, including health, vision, and dental coverage.
