What you'll do

As the Director Of Engineering at Pushpay, you will lead a diverse team of software engineers, SREs, QA professionals, and product managers, ensuring that they work collaboratively to deliver high-quality software solutions. You will be responsible for setting the technical direction of the team, aligning engineering efforts with business goals, and driving the adoption of best practices in software development. You will oversee project management processes, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and meet the required standards. You will also collaborate closely with other departments, including product management and UX, to ensure that the engineering team is aligned with the overall product strategy.
