Overview

Google is seeking a Strategic Partner Manager for YouTube to develop growth strategies for media companies and brands. You'll manage relationships with partners and require strong communication skills in Swedish or Dutch.

Who you are

You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience and at least 4 years of experience developing growth strategies for media companies, brands, or creators. Your background includes working with C-level executives and collaborating cross-functionally across all levels of management. You have experience managing agreements or partnerships, and you thrive in partner-facing roles, managing relationships with digital personalities and influencers. You possess a deep understanding of the creator economy and are committed to helping partners succeed. Your ability to achieve goals through strategic planning and execution is complemented by excellent communication and presentation skills. Fluency in Swedish or Dutch is essential for supporting client relationship management in this region.

What you'll do

In this partner-facing role, you will manage relationships with media companies and brands across Northern Europe, operating from our hub in Stockholm. You will develop individualized growth strategies tailored to each partner's needs, maintaining open communication to understand their goals and challenges. Your role will involve guiding partners on best practices for YouTube business generation, including ad business and alternative products such as channel memberships, chat/stickers, and shopping. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver workshops, webinars, and resources that address partner needs, ensuring they are equipped to maximize their success on the platform. Your knowledge of and passion for the YouTube ecosystem, along with other major social media platforms and the content creation process, will be crucial in this role.
