What you'll do

As a Staff Backend Engineer at Grafana, you will be part of the synthetics squad, responsible for building and operating our monitoring product. You will design and implement features that enhance the user experience and ensure system reliability. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.

You will take ownership of the backend architecture, ensuring it meets the scalability and performance needs of our users. Your expertise will guide the team in best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment. You will also mentor junior engineers, sharing your knowledge and helping them grow in their careers.
