Marqeta is seeking an Integrated Marketing Project Manager to oversee the operational aspects of their B2B marketing team. You'll manage project planning, scheduling, and communication across stakeholders. This role requires strong organizational skills and experience in marketing project management.
You are a highly organized and proactive Integrated Marketing Project Manager with a knack for managing multiple projects simultaneously. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a strong ability to maintain order amidst the hustle and bustle of marketing initiatives. Your experience in project management allows you to drive planning, routing, scheduling, and communication across various stakeholders effectively. You are detail-oriented and have a proven track record of optimizing workflows and building scalable systems that enhance efficiency and visibility.
You have a collaborative spirit and enjoy working closely with marketing leadership to develop and maintain project roadmaps, integrated calendars, and capacity plans. Your ability to manage end-to-end planning and execution for integrated B2B marketing campaigns is essential, as you create timelines, briefs, workflows, and QA checklists that ensure on-time delivery. You are proactive in driving weekly status meetings, surfacing risks, dependencies, and resource needs to keep projects on track.
Experience in B2B marketing and familiarity with integrated marketing strategies are highly desirable. You are comfortable using project management tools and have a strong understanding of marketing principles. Your ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams will set you apart.
