Job Description

Would you like to be part of a team focused on driving the adoption of AWS Networking Services in the UK and Ireland (UKI)? Do you have the business skills and technical background to help customers fully leverage the most feature-rich and high-performing cloud network? The AWS UKI Specialist organization is looking for an experienced technology seller to help us expand the AWS Networking business.

When using AWS networking services, our customers expect the highest levels of security, global coverage, availability, performance, and manageability. You will work with some of the biggest and most prestigious businesses in the UK and Ireland, diving deep into their requirements and demonstrating how AWS networking solutions can help them modernize and transform their networks to meet evolving business needs. By driving network modernization, you will empower customers to unlock new efficiencies, enhance security, and accelerate their cloud adoption journey while generating new business opportunities for AWS.

The ideal candidate will possess both a business and technical background, enabling them to engage accounts at the CXO level, as well as with software developers, network engineers, security experts and IT architects. He/she should also be a self-starter who is prepared to develop and execute against account and territory plans.

Key job responsibilities
- AWS Networking sales in the UK and Ireland Identify, engage and drive AWS networking business from the largest, priority customers
- Create and articulate compelling value propositions around the use of AWS networking services, addressing security, global coverage, availability, performance, and manageability
- Drive revenue growth and meet sales targets
- Work with partners to extend reach and promote adoption
- Contribute to a positive customer experience
- Moderate travel is expected in this role

- Experience selling cloud services

- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- Successful track record in sales- BA/BSc degree educated
