What you'll do

In this role, you will lead and mentor a team of university recruiters, guiding them in their efforts to identify and engage with high-caliber students. You will partner closely with the Head of University Talent Acquisition to design and execute comprehensive recruiting strategies that align with DRW's goals. Your responsibilities will include developing relationships with universities, attending career fairs, and organizing recruitment events to showcase DRW as an employer of choice. You will also work on enhancing the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring that potential hires feel valued and informed.

You will be responsible for setting performance metrics for your team and analyzing recruitment data to assess the effectiveness of various strategies. Collaborating with other departments, you will ensure that the university recruiting efforts align with the overall talent acquisition strategy of DRW. Your role will also involve staying updated on industry trends and best practices in university recruiting to continuously improve DRW's approach.
