NICE is seeking a Senior Professional Services Engineer to deliver specialized expertise and solutions for their products and services. You'll implement and optimize NICE solutions for enterprise contact centers, requiring strong technical and consultative skills.
You have a strong background in technical implementation and customer engagement, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. Your expertise includes installation and integration of software solutions, and you are comfortable working directly with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. You possess excellent problem-solving skills and can communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Your experience with NICE products or similar CX solutions is a significant advantage, as is your ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
You are detail-oriented and have a knack for identifying design flaws and reconciling them during the delivery of solutions. Your technical skills include proficiency in Java and SQL, and familiarity with AWS or other cloud platforms. You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results. You are committed to continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends and technologies.
Experience with NICE Engage, WFM, EEM, or other CXone digital solutions is a plus. Familiarity with enterprise contact center operations will help you understand client needs better. As a Senior Professional Services Engineer at NICE, you will be responsible for the technical implementation of our software solutions, ensuring they meet client specifications and are delivered on time. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting technical issues, ensuring all components of the technical architecture are properly integrated, and communicating any design flaws found during the delivery process. You will also assist customers and their vendors with configuration requirements for all NICE integration points in their environment.
In addition to technical tasks, you will play a key role in building strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our solutions. You will be expected to document processes and provide training to clients as needed, helping them to fully leverage the capabilities of our products. Your contributions will directly impact the success of our clients and the overall growth of NICE.
