You have 5+ years of backend engineering experience, particularly in building scalable production systems. You’ve owned services from design through deployment and have a wealth of experience in debugging complex distributed systems issues. Your deep expertise in Java and Spring allows you to ship high-throughput APIs that handle millions of requests, and you have strong opinions on service architecture, dependency injection, and testing strategies. You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy mentoring junior engineers, sharing your knowledge, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
