What you'll do

As the Senior Engineering Manager for the Data Exchange group, you will lead multiple teams responsible for ingesting data from external systems and synchronizing it with Klaviyo's platform. You will define the strategy and roadmap for data movement, ensuring that data flows seamlessly across operational stores and the data lake. Your leadership will be crucial in orchestrating internal data pipelines that support analytics and core product features.

You will collaborate closely with product managers, data scientists, and other engineering teams to align on priorities and deliver high-impact solutions. Your role will involve setting clear objectives for your teams, monitoring progress, and providing guidance to overcome obstacles.
