Overview

Oscar is hiring an Associate for their Payment Integrity Team to support process improvement and issue resolution in claims management. This role requires a deep understanding of claims infrastructure and cross-functional collaboration.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Payment Integrity Team by ensuring that claims are processed accurately and efficiently. You will work closely with cross-functional partners to identify areas for improvement in the claims process and help implement changes that enhance the overall quality of service. You will leverage your understanding of Oscar's claim infrastructure and workflows to address issues and streamline operations. Your role will involve analyzing data models and workflow tooling to identify friction points and propose solutions. You will report to the Sr. Manager, Payment Integrity, and collaborate with various stakeholders to drive process improvements. You will also participate in meetings and discussions aimed at enhancing the claims payment process, ensuring that all changes align with Oscar's commitment to quality and member satisfaction.
