Overview

Axon is seeking a Director of Enterprise Business Operations to drive cross-functional execution and improve organizational efficiency. This role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to influence without authority, working closely with senior leadership across various departments.

You are a strategic and operational leader with a proven track record in driving cross-functional execution and improving organizational efficiency. With a strong analytical mindset, you excel in ambiguous environments and are comfortable operating at both strategic and tactical levels. You have a knack for influencing without authority and thrive in solving complex business problems. Your organizational skills are top-notch, allowing you to manage multiple priorities effectively while ensuring high-impact decision-making.

Desirable

Experience in a technology-driven environment is a plus, as is familiarity with cloud software and devices. You are resourceful and highly organized, with a passion for making a meaningful impact in your role. What you'll do

In this role, you will partner closely with senior leadership across Product, Engineering, Finance, GTM, and Operations to define priorities and streamline processes.
