What you'll do

As the Senior Director of GTM Finance at Conga, you will lead the strategic partnership between Finance and the Sales and Marketing organizations. This involves managing the FP&A relationships, which include forecasting, planning, reporting, and analysis. You will oversee the Global Deal Desk function, advising the field on deal structures to drive strong financial outcomes. Your role will require you to collaborate closely with various teams to ensure alignment on financial goals and strategies.
