Hostinger is seeking a Pricing Analyst to drive user acquisition through strategic pricing decisions. You'll collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Finance to optimize pricing for growth. This role requires analytical skills and experience in pricing strategies.
You have a strong analytical background and experience in pricing strategies — you've successfully influenced pricing decisions that drive user acquisition and optimize for long-term value. You understand the importance of cohort LTV and LTV/CAC ratios in shaping pricing models. Your collaborative nature allows you to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including Product, Marketing, and Finance, to implement pricing changes that have measurable impacts on growth.
You are curious and eager to learn — you enjoy forming hypotheses and running experiments to evaluate the effectiveness of pricing strategies. Your ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights is key to your success in this role. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are motivated by the challenge of optimizing pricing to meet business objectives.
Experience in a tech or SaaS company is a plus, as is familiarity with tools that support pricing analysis. A background in finance or marketing can also enhance your ability to contribute to the team. You are comfortable using data analytics tools to inform your decisions and are always looking for ways to improve processes and outcomes.
As a Pricing Analyst at Hostinger, you will own and influence pricing decisions from start to finish. This includes forming hypotheses about pricing strategies, running experiments to test these hypotheses, and implementing changes based on your findings. You will closely monitor the impact of pricing changes on user acquisition and overall business performance, ensuring that pricing aligns with the company's growth objectives.
You will collaborate with the Product team to understand how pricing affects product positioning and user experience. Working with Marketing, you will help craft messaging around pricing strategies that resonate with customers. Additionally, you will partner with Finance to ensure that pricing decisions support a healthy LTV/CAC ratio, contributing to the company's financial health.
Your role will involve continuous analysis of market trends and competitor pricing to keep Hostinger's offerings competitive. You will be responsible for presenting your findings and recommendations to stakeholders, ensuring that pricing strategies are data-driven and aligned with the company's mission to help individuals and small businesses succeed online.
