Your background includes significant experience with Mobile System Security or Android, making you well-versed in the intricacies of mobile platforms. You have a proven track record of managing cross-functional or cross-team projects, demonstrating your ability to lead diverse teams towards common goals. With 5 years of experience in a leadership role, you are comfortable guiding teams, whether or not you have direct reports. Your expertise extends to hardware and software development life-cycles, where you excel in metric definition and executive presentation, showcasing your strong communication skills.

What you'll do

As a Senior Technical Program Manager at Google, you will lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish, utilizing your technical expertise to ensure successful outcomes. You will work closely with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, and manage project schedules, ensuring that all aspects of the project are aligned with the company's goals. Your role will involve collaborating with engineering teams to deliver new security and privacy capabilities within the Android platform, advocating for security programs, and institutionalizing new security practices across the organization. You will employ a data-driven approach, utilizing appropriate metrics and dashboards to monitor and drive program success, ensuring that all projects meet their objectives effectively. Managing relationships with key internal and external partners will be crucial, as you will be the primary advocate for security initiatives, working with OEMs, SoCs, carriers, contract manufacturers, and regulators to enhance device security.
