Amazon is hiring a ProServe Account Executive to support enterprise customers in their digital transformation journey. You'll leverage deep AWS knowledge and consulting experience to drive customer success. This role requires strong relationship management skills and experience in business development.
You have a strong background in account management and business development, ideally with experience in technology consulting. You understand the complexities of enterprise-level customer relationships and have a proven track record of driving customer success through strategic planning and execution. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including solutions architects and support teams, enables you to effectively address customer challenges and deliver tailored solutions. You are knowledgeable about AWS services and have experience in digital transformation initiatives, allowing you to act as a trusted advisor to your clients. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. You are proactive in identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement within customer accounts, ensuring that you remain a valuable partner throughout their journey.
As a ProServe Account Executive, you will manage relationships with one or more global accounts, developing and executing long-term strategies that align with customer needs. You will work closely with AWS services to promote usage and solve business and IT challenges faced by your clients. Your role will involve business development activities, where you will identify new opportunities and drive engagement with key stakeholders. You will oversee project delivery, ensuring that all aspects of the program are managed effectively to achieve the best results for your customers. You will collaborate with various teams across AWS to provide appropriate solutions based on customer requirements, driving future innovations and enhancements. Your responsibilities will also include gathering insights from project experiences to inform best practices and improve service delivery. You will be expected to maintain a deep understanding of AWS offerings and market trends to effectively position AWS Professional Services as a leader in the industry.
