What you'll do

As the HR Director at MongoDB, you will oversee the Employee Experience team, ensuring that all aspects of the employee life cycle are managed effectively — from onboarding to separation management. You will act as the primary escalation point for complex employee issues, providing guidance and support to your team and the broader organization. Your role will involve collaborating with various departments, including compliance, benefits, and IT, to ensure that employee processes are efficient and reflective of MongoDB's values. You will lead initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement and inclusion, working closely with the People Team to develop programs that support these goals. Additionally, you will be responsible for policy and process enhancements, ensuring that the organization remains compliant with regional regulations. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence within the HR function.
