Axon is seeking a Senior Director of Strategic Finance to manage financial forecasting and reporting. You'll collaborate with senior stakeholders across various departments to drive strategic outcomes. This role requires deep expertise in financial management.
You have extensive experience in financial management, particularly in strategic finance roles, and possess a strong understanding of corporate finance principles. Your leadership skills enable you to effectively manage cross-functional teams and drive alignment on financial goals across the organization. You are adept at building and maintaining financial models, and you excel in presenting complex financial information to executive stakeholders. Your problem-solving skills are complemented by your ability to think creatively and adapt to a fast-paced environment. Experience in a technology or software company is a plus, as is familiarity with financial forecasting tools and methodologies. You are comfortable working with diverse teams and have a track record of fostering collaboration and accountability in achieving financial objectives.
In this role, you will oversee Axon’s three-statement financial forecast, ensuring accuracy and alignment with corporate strategy. You will lead the annual and quarterly forecasting processes, collaborating closely with senior stakeholders in Corporate Finance, Product, Sales, and Operations. Your responsibilities will include developing and presenting executive reporting packages that provide insights into financial performance and strategic initiatives. You will play a key role in planning and implementing various corporate initiatives, driving accountability and strategic outcomes across the organization. Your ability to navigate a demanding environment will be crucial as you work to meet financial goals and support Axon’s mission to protect life.
