You are open to relocation within the Northeast region and thrive in high-volume, fast-paced environments.

What you'll do

In this role, you will fully manage facilities to meet or exceed production, cost, and quality targets when the General Manager is not onsite. You will conduct weekly site performance reviews with senior leadership, reporting on performance versus targets, challenges, and countermeasures. Your responsibilities will include guiding daily site manager huddles to establish the day’s tone and priorities, as well as aiding in the execution of continuous improvement projects at your home site and throughout the region. You will develop action plans in collaboration with the site leadership team and associates, ensuring that all necessary production metrics are consistently met.
