Overview

Tanium is seeking a Director of Strategic Accounts to lead enterprise sales efforts in Seoul. You'll be responsible for generating opportunities and managing complex sales cycles while articulating the value of the Tanium platform to decision makers.

Job Description

Who you are

You have significant enterprise software sales experience, generating and closing large and complex software transactions with major customers in the region. Your strong team mentality means you understand that selling is a team sport at Tanium, where managing and utilizing virtual resources to tackle large and complex sales cycles is essential. You have a proven track record of exceeding quota and delivering a superior customer experience by tailoring technology solutions to meet customer needs.

What you'll do

As a Director of Strategic Accounts on the Tanium field sales team, you will be responsible for generating opportunities to position the Tanium platform within your assigned territory and accounts. You’ll be comfortable engaging with C-level executives, from CIOs and CISOs to VPs of Operations, and you will articulate the business benefits of the Tanium platform while managing the complex sales cycle. You will nurture and develop relationships within your assigned territory, presenting the value of the Tanium platform to decision makers. Collaborating with the Partner and Marketing teams, you will define and support prospecting and sales efforts, ensuring healthy pipeline management through appropriate sales development activities. You will also maintain excellent SFDC hygiene and accurately forecast sales activities. Conducting online webinars or in-person presentations to generate qualified leads will be part of your responsibilities, and you should be prepared to travel as needed.
