DRW Holdings is hiring an Operations Specialist to support trading activities through reconciliation, account balancing, and trade capture. This role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
You are an organized and detail-oriented individual with a strong ability to perform reconciliation and analysis of trading activities. You thrive in environments that require precision and professionalism, and you are comfortable interacting with various teams including finance, technology, and operations. You understand the importance of maintaining accuracy in trade capture and position valuation, and you are eager to contribute to the firm's trading operations.
Experience in a trading or financial environment is a plus, as is familiarity with various asset classes such as Fixed Income, ETFs, and Equities. You are adaptable and can pivot quickly to meet the demands of a fast-paced trading environment.
In this role, you will perform detailed trade, position, and valuation reconciliation to ensure accuracy in the firm's trading activities. You will assist in trade capture for all products, working closely with the finance and operations teams to maintain seamless operations. Your responsibilities will include balancing accounts and calculating profit-and-loss metrics, which are critical for the firm's trading strategies. You will engage with various teams to support their needs and ensure that all trading activities are accurately recorded and reported.
