As an Associate in the Client Service team, you will be the vital link between clients and the expert knowledge they seek, ensuring that you understand the project and market context as well as the legal and regulatory environment in which your clients and experts operate.
In this role, you will spend a significant part of your day recruiting experts by speaking on the phone with individuals who are uniquely relevant matches for your clients’ projects. You will take ownership of every aspect of your projects, from initiating and managing client-expert communications to meticulously scheduling calls to ensure seamless collaboration between them. You will work on multiple projects simultaneously, often under tight deadlines, which will require you to multitask across parallel workstreams. Your responsibilities will also include understanding the specific needs of your clients and ensuring that you deliver the right insights to inform their decision-making processes.
