Overview

Headway is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to serve as a strategic thought partner to executives and shape people strategies that enable scale and drive performance. This role requires expertise in organizational design and talent planning.

Job Description

Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience in HR, ideally in a business partner role, where you've developed a deep understanding of organizational dynamics and employee engagement. Your strategic mindset allows you to align HR initiatives with business goals, ensuring that people strategies support overall company objectives. You are skilled in performance management and talent planning, having successfully implemented programs that enhance leadership capabilities and drive high performance across teams.

You possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build relationships with executives and employees alike. Your ability to navigate complex organizational structures and influence decision-making is a key strength. You are committed to fostering an inclusive workplace culture and have experience in developing initiatives that promote diversity and equity within the organization.

Desirable

Experience in the healthcare or technology sectors is a plus, as is familiarity with the unique challenges and opportunities in these industries. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a focus on long-term goals.

What you'll do

As a Senior HR Business Partner at Headway, you will collaborate closely with Revenue leaders to provide strategic guidance on organizational design and performance management. You will play a critical role in shaping the people strategy that supports the company's mission to build a new mental health care system. Your insights will help drive leadership development initiatives that empower managers to lead their teams effectively.

You will be responsible for identifying talent needs and developing plans to attract, retain, and develop top talent within the organization. This includes conducting talent assessments and succession planning to ensure that the company has the right people in the right roles to achieve its objectives. You will also facilitate performance reviews and provide coaching to leaders on how to deliver constructive feedback and support employee growth.

In addition, you will partner with the HR team to implement programs that enhance employee engagement and satisfaction. This may involve conducting employee surveys, analyzing feedback, and recommending actions to improve the workplace experience. You will also be involved in developing training programs that equip employees with the skills they need to succeed in their roles.
