You have at least one year of experience servicing equipment, preferably in a related field.

What you'll do

As an Equipment Technician, you will work independently to provide both reactive and preventative maintenance services throughout your assigned territory, which includes Kansas City and Saint Louis. You will be responsible for repairing commercial espresso machines, coffee brewing systems, coffee grinders, and water systems. Building strong relationships with your customers is essential, as you will inspire loyalty by delivering professional and reliable services that adhere to all safety rules. You will also meet Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements by conducting thorough inspections, performing timely maintenance on equipment, and completing accurate paperwork.
