Overview

NICE is seeking a Senior IT Technical Support Specialist to provide exceptional technical support to executive leadership and VIP users. You'll manage and maintain VIP devices while ensuring a seamless technology experience. This role requires strong communication skills and a deep technical knowledge base.

Who you are

You have a strong background in IT support, particularly in providing high-level technical assistance to executives and VIP users. Your experience includes managing and maintaining various devices such as laptops, mobile phones, and conferencing equipment. You understand the importance of confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive data and executive workflows. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to represent the IT department with professionalism and clarity. You thrive in high-pressure environments and can prioritize urgent incidents effectively, ensuring immediate and high-quality resolutions. You are proactive in tracking recurring issues and proposing long-term solutions to enhance the technology experience for VIP users.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering personalized, premium-level support to executives and senior leaders. You will provide on-site, remote, and direct support during critical meetings, presentations, and executive sessions. Your primary responsibility will be to manage and proactively maintain VIP devices, ensuring they are always operational and ready for use. You will prioritize urgent incidents and ensure that they are resolved quickly and efficiently. Additionally, you will track recurring issues and work on proposing long-term solutions to improve the overall technology experience for VIP users. You will act as the face of IT within the organization, representing the department with excellence and professionalism.
