You have over 6 years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management, with at least 3 years in the SaaS industry. You have a proven track record of leading high-performing teams, specifically Customer Success Managers, and you understand the nuances of customer relationships and retention strategies. Your leadership style is collaborative, and you excel at motivating your team to foster trust and achieve consistent revenue growth. You are skilled in negotiating and have a strong ability to communicate effectively with both your team and upper management. You value office culture and understand its importance in driving creativity and collaboration within your team.

What you'll do

In this role, you will drive and influence the full renewal and expansion sales cycle, acting as an advisor and role model for exemplary customer service. You will balance autonomy with effective communication upwards, ensuring that your team is aligned with company goals. As a regional or segment owner, you will be the escalation point for relevant matters, guiding your team through complex challenges. You will focus on talent attraction, retention, and development, creating high-performance teams that excel in customer success.
