Overview

Carvana is seeking an Automotive Painter for their 2nd shift operations in Heath, OH. You'll be responsible for matching and mixing paint colors and using water-based paint to finish vehicles. This role requires a minimum of 3 years of professional automotive painting experience.

You have a minimum of 3 years of professional automotive painting experience, demonstrating your ability to match and mix paint colors effectively. Your expertise in using water-based paint ensures high-quality finishes on vehicles, and you are familiar with the tools and techniques required in a modern automotive paint shop. You are a team player who is committed to delivering exceptional results and can adapt to the demands of a fast-paced environment.

You understand the importance of attention to detail in your work, ensuring that every vehicle meets the high standards expected by Carvana. Your experience has equipped you with the skills to work efficiently within a paint booth, maintaining a clean and organized workspace. You are open to learning and growing within the company, taking advantage of training programs to enhance your skills and advance your career.

What you'll do

As an Automotive Painter at Carvana, you will be responsible for preparing vehicles for painting, which includes cleaning and masking areas that should not be painted. You will match and mix paint colors to ensure a perfect match for each vehicle, applying your knowledge of color theory and paint application techniques. You will work with state-of-the-art tools in one of our high-tech Inspection Centers, ensuring that each vehicle is painted to the highest standards.

You will be expected to follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment, contributing to the overall efficiency of the paint shop. Your role may require you to work mandatory overtime based on business needs, demonstrating your commitment to meeting customer expectations. You will collaborate with other team members to ensure that vehicles are completed on time and to the satisfaction of our customers.
