Overview

Affirm is seeking a Key Accounts Account Executive II to drive growth by leading complex sales efforts with major retailers. You'll be responsible for acquiring and expanding partnerships with Fortune 500 brands. This role requires strong sales expertise and strategic thinking.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in managing complex deal cycles and building strategic partnerships. Your experience includes working with C-level executives and senior stakeholders, allowing you to navigate multifaceted negotiations effectively. You possess strong cross-functional leadership skills, enabling you to collaborate with various departments to achieve business objectives. You are adept at translating complex value propositions into tailored business cases that resonate with potential partners. Your strategic thinking and deep sales expertise make you a valuable asset in driving growth and unlocking enterprise value.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own the full sales cycle from sourcing to closing deals with some of the largest retailers in the U.S. You will develop and maintain deep relationships with key stakeholders across merchandising, payments, digital, and finance. Your responsibilities will include structuring and negotiating complex commercial agreements that involve multiple product lines and custom integrations. You will lead cross-functional collaboration with Product, Legal, Risk, Marketing, and Finance teams to bring complex initiatives to life. Your efforts will directly contribute to shaping the future of buy now, pay later (BNPL) solutions at an enterprise scale.
