What you'll do

As an Optimization Manager at Adyen, you will be a key contributor to the Performance Optimization team, focusing on managing the full funnel payments to drive business impact. You will collaborate closely with Commercial, Professional Services, and Product teams to develop and implement optimization strategies that enhance customer value. Your role will involve analyzing payment processes and fraud rates, identifying areas for improvement, and executing plans to optimize these metrics at scale.
