Overview

Google is seeking an Account Executive for New Business Sales to drive customer acquisition and manage relationships with affiliates and publishers. You'll leverage Google's marketing solutions and require experience in outbound sales and digital advertising.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience and at least 2 years of experience in outbound sales. Your background includes 2 years in Affiliate or Publisher marketing, showcasing your understanding of the digital advertising landscape. You possess experience in full life-cycle sales, demonstrating your ability to manage the sales process from prospecting to closing. You are skilled in building and managing relationships with customers, agencies, and service partners, ensuring a collaborative approach to achieving business goals. Your experience in advertising, consultative sales, or business development sets you apart, as you understand the nuances of the industry and can navigate complex sales scenarios. You bring a commitment to maximizing customer success, acting like an owner and moving with velocity through change, finding innovative ways to deliver extraordinary outcomes.

What you'll do

In this role, you will secure high-impact business agreements through expert-level outbound prospecting and deep consultative selling. You will engage in stakeholder education and persuasive pitching, orchestrating relationships that lead to successful partnerships. Your responsibilities will include leveraging the full Google marketing suite to provide specialist consultation to clients, helping them utilize the full spectrum of Google's marketing solutions. You will work closely with sellers to achieve team goals, shaping the future of advertising in the AI era. Your role will involve uncovering customer business needs and translating them into powerful solutions that align with their ambitious goals. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that the best Google solutions are brought to small- and medium-sized businesses, which are the backbone of the economy. You will also be responsible for building a book of business and securing new customers, contributing to Google's mission of helping businesses grow in today's dynamic marketing environment.
