You have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Real Estate, or a related field, along with at least 5 years of experience in program management. Your background includes delivering cross-functional programs in technical or industrial settings, and you have a strong understanding of data center infrastructure and project management principles. You excel in planning and managing project portfolios, establishing risk governance, and driving regional delivery timelines. Your experience includes monitoring portfolio metrics like Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and leading cross-functional teams to define process architecture.
You are familiar with the complexities of data centers or other physical infrastructure, including site development, construction, design, or engineering. You have a knack for planning and communication management, creating project plans, and managing dependencies effectively. Your ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders makes you a valuable asset in cross-functional roles. You possess the capability to develop data-driven technical insights and translate them into commercial solutions, ensuring that all aspects of a problem are addressed.
In this role, you will establish and manage the regional risk profile for projects, ensuring that all potential risks are identified and mitigated. You will monitor and report on global throughput constraints, defining strategies to address these challenges and managing escalations for executive leadership. Your responsibilities will include defining cross-functional roles and responsibilities across the asset lifecycle, ensuring that all team members understand their contributions to the overall project goals. You will translate the overall project plan into actionable deliverables, coordinating with various partners such as land, construction, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless execution.
You will lead the development of project plans, ensuring that timelines are met and that all stakeholders are kept informed of progress. Your role will require you to foster collaboration among diverse teams, driving a culture of accountability and performance measurement. You will also be responsible for identifying process improvements through performance metrics, ensuring that the program delivery is efficient and effective.
