Wheely is seeking a Talent Sourcer to join their London office. You'll be responsible for sourcing candidates for various roles and assisting with the recruitment process. This position requires at least 1 year of relevant experience.
You have at least 1 year of relevant experience in recruitment, either at an agency or in-house, and you understand the nuances of sourcing candidates for both tech and non-tech roles. Your research experience, perhaps gained during your university studies, gives you an edge in identifying the right talent. You possess self-discipline and a strong command of English, which helps you communicate effectively with candidates and hiring teams alike. You are organized and detail-oriented, ensuring that the candidate database remains tidy and that all processes are followed correctly.
As a Talent Sourcer at Wheely, you will be responsible for searching for candidates across a variety of platforms, including LinkedIn and job boards. You will assist recruiters by scheduling interviews and following up for feedback, ensuring a smooth recruitment process. Your role will involve maintaining the candidate database in Greenhouse, making sure that it is up-to-date and that hiring teams adhere to the established guidelines. You will play a crucial part in building a world-class team that aligns with Wheely's mission of providing a five-star service while prioritizing user privacy.
