As a Senior Operations Manager at Amazon, you will be responsible for all aspects of operations at the site, including budget management and team development. Your role will involve driving the creation of quality initiatives and process change initiatives to meet and exceed business plans.
You will oversee the safety, quality, and performance of either Inbound or Outbound operations, ensuring that customer experience remains a top priority. By leveraging your team's ideas, you will create improvement plans that enhance operational efficiency. You will also collaborate with HR, Finance, Facilities, Safety, IT, and other Senior Operations Managers to secure support and resources for various initiatives.
Your leadership will be crucial in building a positive work environment and fostering strong employee relations. You will take proactive steps to ensure that best practices are shared across all departments, contributing to a cohesive and high-performing team culture. Your ability to measure performance and provide feedback will be essential in driving continuous improvement within the Fulfillment Center.
