What you'll do

As a Senior Python Engineer on the Truework team, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining the platform that provides essential employment and income information for various applications, including mortgage loans and background checks. You will lead projects from conception to deployment, ensuring that the solutions you build are not only functional but also scalable and secure.

You will collaborate closely with product managers to understand user needs and translate them into technical specifications. Your role will involve writing clean, maintainable code and conducting code reviews to uphold the highest standards of quality. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving issues that arise in production, ensuring minimal downtime and a seamless user experience.

In addition to your technical responsibilities, you will work with sales and marketing teams to launch and scale products effectively.
