In this role, you will be responsible for growing a book of business by helping small businesses succeed. You will become a digital marketing expert, learning the ins and outs of the industry to provide valuable insights to your clients. Your consultative sales approach will allow you to build long-term relationships, understanding the needs of your clients and offering tailored solutions. You will engage with a variety of industries, ensuring that no two days are the same. You will also participate in best-in-class training provided by Hibu, equipping you with the skills necessary to excel in your sales career. Your success will be measured by your ability to meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to both your personal growth and the overall success of the company.
Hibu offers a competitive base salary along with an expense allowance and mileage reimbursement. You will have the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses, with total on-target earnings projected to be around $90,000 in your first year and between $104,000 and $122,000 in your second year. The company provides a comprehensive benefits package, including health, vision, and dental coverage.
