You have several years of experience leading sales teams in India, particularly in the software sector, where you've successfully driven revenue growth and developed go-to-market strategies. You understand the unique challenges and opportunities within the Indian market, allowing you to effectively shape and execute business strategies that align with company goals.

You are adept at talent acquisition, ensuring that your team is composed of top performers who can contribute to the company's growth objectives. Desirable

Experience in managing large accounts and working with engineering teams is a plus, as is familiarity with the latest sales technologies and methodologies. What you'll do

As the Regional Sales Director for India, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of Account Executives focused on both new and expansion opportunities. You will create and implement go-to-market plans that align with the company's growth goals, ensuring that your team is equipped to meet and exceed sales targets. Your role will involve providing executive leadership, including sales forecasting and territory assignments, while also participating in selling activities as needed.
