What you'll do

As the BPO Vendor Compliance Partner at Roblox, you will play a critical role in maintaining the operational integrity of our outsourced Customer Support services. You will establish and execute a comprehensive compliance governance framework, ensuring that all Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) vendors strictly adhere to contractual SLAs and regulatory requirements. Your responsibilities will include continuously monitoring vendor performance, leading adversarial testing, and driving risk mitigation efforts through rigorous auditing and enforcement actions. You will collaborate with the Senior Manager of Vendor Operations to develop strategies that enhance compliance and operational efficiency.

You will also be responsible for conducting regular audits of vendor operations, analyzing compliance data, and preparing reports that highlight areas for improvement. Your insights will be crucial in shaping our approach to vendor management and compliance, ensuring that we meet our mission of connecting a billion people with optimism and civility. You will engage with vendors to address compliance issues and work collaboratively to implement corrective actions when necessary.
